Message to Members - Earth and Humanity on EarthObSeSsIoN

Hello EarthFriends!

There is so much going on in the world right now, that it is definitely a challenge to stay on top of everything, and be aware of what is going on around us.  We are all connected - all of humanity around the globe - so something happening in one country affects the whole world. 

The focus on EarthObSeSsIoN right now is; Earth and Humanity, and we are looking at several different current events including;

Japan/Fukushima Crisis

Bahrain - Protesting

Lybia - Protesting

Yemen - Protesting

US - Protesting

Human Rights taken away from Bradley Manning

HAARP - Instrument of mass destruction?

Canada's Arctic North

What else is going on right now that we should all be aware of?  Please feel free to add a new discussion on the site's main page at any time.  

In order to share a piece of information with others, we first need to process the information ourselves.  You are learning new information about the world all the time.  If you come across a link, a video, a picture, a story, or any information that you have viewed, processed, and you think would be important for your fellow brothers and sisters to be aware of, please share it. 

We all see the same information from different perspectives.  Share your opinion about the current world events with others by posting it on your Facebook profile, your Twitter, posting it on EarthObSeSsIoN.Com, or posting it on the EarthObSeSsIoN Fan Page on Facebook.  Lets pass it on - to help us all become more aware.

EARTH HOUR - MARCH 26@ 830pm

What are you doing for Earth Hour?  You can check out the Earth Hour site to see if there is an event going on in your area.  You could also use the time to meditate for the Earth. Whatever you do - make sure you remember to participate by turning off your lights and avoiding electricity!!!

Update on Care;

I am moving to a new apartment next week.  I have been doing lots of sorting and packing (and re-using and re-cycling) lately.  Do you have any Green Tips for me or for others who might be moving?  Please share in the Green Tips Group!

WATER BOTTLE GIVE AWAY:

The Winter water bottle give-away is now closed for entries.  Thank you to everyone who participated by joining and sharing on the site this season!  All of the entries are being tallied and I will be making a video which will capture the draw this weekend.  I will notify the winner next week and everyone  in the next update email. 

We will be having a new Spring Contest as well :)  Anyone who joins or shares on EarthObSeSsIoN will be entered automatically into the draw.  The spring contest will take place from March 16th until June 15th.

Although the current news in our world is horrifying, it is important to stay centered in your heart and focused on Love instead of Fear.  Lets keep sending good intentions out for Peace, Love and Harmony for our Earth and Humanity.
