Hello Earth Friends!

This year seems to be moving fast, I cant believe it is almost February...  In the upcoming month, we are going to explore different methods of Natural and Holistic Healing on EarthObSeSsIoN...

When we are feeling very busy, stressed out or going through times of major change in our life, it is extra important to take good care of ourselves, to keep our energy levels up and our immune systems healthy.

Holistic and Natural treatments can be used to prevent and to treat many illnesses in the body and can sometimes provide an alternative option to taking pharmaceutical drugs.

The Current topic on EarthObSeSsIoN is; MASSAGE THERAPY!

Massage is a great way to relieve tension and stress, improve circulation and treat many common ailments such as cramps or a headache.  Massage is also a great way to connect with others, to help them relax and heal, through simple human touch. 

I have attached some links to instructional videos at the bottom of the discussion, and you can find many great videos on massage techniques by searching online, but please remember that often the best massages happen when you naturally find what works best for you or for the needs of the person you are massaging.
