Dearest Earth Friends,

Hello, Its Care writing you from EarthObSeSsIoN! I know it has been a while since there was a new topic on our site. Thank you for your patience. I recently spent some time travelling in Peru and Ecuador. It was a wonderful experience, and one that I am extremely thankful for, as it taught me much about myself, and life in general. Recently, I have been getting back into living and working in North America. At this time, I am excited to begin a new chapter on EarthObSeSsIoN, and am looking forward to investing many new topics with you in the New Year!!

UPCOMING TOPICS ON EarthObSeSsIoN:

In January, we will begin exploring different types of NATURAL HEALING :) From Reiki to Reflexology, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Crystal Therapy, to Healing Sound Vibration and Nutritional Healing, we will investigate what are the benefits offered by different healing modalities and discuss what is involved with each type of healing.

• Do you currently practice or receive natural healing??
• What are your favourite types of natural healing and why?
• Are there types of natural healing that you would like to learn more about??

CURRENTLY ON EarthObSeSsIoN:

I have just changed the topic on EarthObSeSsIoN to OBSTACLES... While travelling, and even since being back, I have encountered a few situations where it was quite hard to make an EarthFriendly choice. I am hoping that you can help me investigate some of the obstacles that people might face when trying to live a Healthy or EarthFriendly lifestyle.

Lets bring some attention to these obstacles to living green and discuss possible solutions so that we can be more aware and hopefully avoid those kind of tough situations going forwards. For example;

• When or why would you use a paper, plastic or styrofoam cup, bottle or container?
• Why would you buy imported food or products over local food or products?
• Why would you drive instead of riding your bike or walking?

What obstacles have You faced, when trying to be EarthFriendly? Please share about the obstacle and the situation. Let us know what happened, and what would be your suggestion for overcoming the obstacle next time, (if you have one)..
