You don't have to sweep or vacuum nature's floor
She makes beautiful sounds if we don't drown them out
She provides us with all we need, if we just let her

How do you make a difference?

As a chef I try to reduce and elimate waste, recycle, and honor the ingredients I am given. I abhor litter and often "clean as I go" outside the kitchen as well.
