WOW I was so surprised to learn that Dandelions have so many uses!

For one - the leaves can be eaten in a salad.

Also my friend at work brings the stems - cooked - for lunch sometimes :)
Dandelion leaves and stems are rich in potassium and they help to clean your blood :)
Dandelion is a wonderful plant. It's roots can be roasted and made into a drink like coffee without the caffeine, its roots can be infused and it makes a wonderful support for the liver. The leaves are extremley nutritious, pick them before it flowers or the taste will be be too strong put it into your salad. The flower is actually composed of many flowers and look at the bright yellow colour it supports the third chakra, it is a miracle plant, how can it be considered a common weed.
I know eh! A common weed... Crazy. They are so beautiful!
They sure are, I get a happy feeling when I see a alot of them blooming in the spring along a road side all that green green interspersed with bright happy yellow! I always loved seeing them as a child and I'm happy I still do, that sacral chakra booster...lol
